Very Good

5 swimming pools 2 restaurants and beaches nearby. Very friendly staff

Complex is large so need to get the free bus around food is ok and breakfast is repeatative and quite expensive for what you get. Not many gluten free options but staff accomadated

the resort was very beautiful with live music every night, relaxing atmosphere .

the resort plan and the private beaches the stuff were very supportive and friendly to get us from and to our room the bar snacks were affordable

- the fact that on the arrival no half board requests were approved according to the booking.com pricing. - the restaurants overpriced (small quantities) - pools require more chemical cleanings

Not really worth the price

Large and well kept property, amazing staff, great food (half board buffet), nice beach off site (Orrì)

Beaches on site not easy to access and uncomfortable, long walks from room to everything, expensive food options for lunch, uncomfortable beach and pool chairs, no window screens against bugs meaning that AC needs to be on all the time (noisy and not eco friendly), cumbersome in/out access to explore outside, non existent wifi service. Overall, for such a nice resort and price, quite a few things definitely need improvement.

Amazing location which is hard to beat but food on site was a let down.

The location of the hotel is exquisite. There are several coves you can access which is exclusive to hotel guests. The whole complex is nice with beautiful vegetation. We also took advantage of the tennis and sports facilities.

Reception staff all seemed unhappy and not very nice. The food quality was not very good overall and quite high priced versus the quality. The room in Telis resort is a little dated and was not clean when we arrived.

i have complain about the BUS, it does not come on time as said in the ,office. We feel like prisoner in complex. Can have more excursions, entertainments.

So… So..

The location and hotel it’s beautiful, but a lot unfortunately the staff still need to study a lot how to work with the guest..

Tv not was working they say that they changed a operator and for 3 years they have this problem and when we ask this they look to us like,, what u don’t have tv at home u came here to see tv..” all Staff it’s really not competent for working with people… everything what we ask almost the response it’s was ,,no” so many ,,No” I never hear in others hotels ????‍️

The food was delightful, and I greatly enjoyed both the beach and pool amenities. I appreciated the exclusive use of card payments. The staff members (entertainment) were amiable and skillfully trained.

The reception staff exhibited friendliness, although their level of preparedness was occasionally lacking. Acquiring an invoice for my payment became a prolonged process, taking three weeks before it was eventually dispatched. The guidance I received from the administrative center staff was somewhat perplexing and varied, as different individuals suggested different sets of information. While it's nice to observe youthful individuals in the workforce, enhanced training would prove beneficial.

Loved our stay but the place requires improvement.

We loved the breakfast. The pools and three beaches are amazing. The staff try their hardest. The general feel of the place is brilliant. The location is amazing for getting out and about.

The staff are obviously over worked and stressed hence why they didn't feel very approachable. An extra pillow or more comfy pillow would be better, bedding and bed felt very budget. They need more staff and better managing. A more indepth and informative schedule as to everything they offer from the aquarobics to the table tennis tournament - all things that we found out about last minute. It's not a luxury resort but it's bloody brilliant for families.

beaches and location was great

staff at the paddle boarding were preferably choosing Italian guests over us and made us wait over an hour for a canoe while other guests were able to ride sooner even though they had some available then acted like they didn’t understand us and it was misunderstanding. the dinner was not enjoyable on most nights and usually cold and tasteless. do not recommend the dinner at the pizza restaurant either. pricey and tasteless.

Great beach front and the nature park is really nice for children. A lot of activities inside the area. Friendly staff.

Everything was a bit rundown and dated. Room/pools were not cleaned properly. Breakfast was basic and everyday the same. Expensive dinner/drinks compared to the quality. Also, check-in process was very slow and it would have been nice to know the process in advance. You need to leave your car mile away from the resort and then transfer luggage to the van who then takes you to the check-in and after to your room. This took a long time and was not fun with a dog and a small child. There is entertainment every night with very loud music. You can hear everything inside the room so there is no way of sleeping before the music stops. Again, not ideal with a small child. Overall, pretty dissapointed with our stay, which is a shame, since this place has so much potential if well managed.

Great experience

If you expect this as a 5 star resort where you will only sit and eat and do nothing at the beach, think TWICE. This eco resort is a great experience to be surrounded by nature between mountains and see and contemplate the amazing landscapes while walking through the whole complex discovering every corner full of life this place has to offer. Staff is polite and welcoming even though we don't speak the same language We stayed 5 nights and we wished to stay longer.

Rooms could have some mosquito nets so we would be able to open our windows to let the sun shine inside. Unfortunately we kept them closed to avoid insets , and by keeping windows closed, there is a strong smell of the old wood furniture inside the room. Also about the food, could be more local , home made food. But every day there were plenty of fresh fruits!
